  1. Sign in to Office 365 at https://outlook.office.com.    
  2. At the top of the page, choose Settings > Mail
  3. Choose Forwarding
  4. Set up forwarding for you dedicated HelpDesk email (to be found in HelpDesk Settings -> Mailboxes).
