What’s in "All tickets"
In the "All tickets" section, you can see all the tickets that you currently have access to. This view integrates all the categories: Tickets to handle, My open tickets, Pending tickets and Spam tickets.
In this section, you can see all the tickets with their current statuses. There are 4 basic statuses in HelpDesk:
